I am so excited to be participating in this year’s Fall ORC. A special thanks to Linda Weinstein, the entire ORC team, and their media partner Better Homes & Gardens for hosting this event. I really appreciate their hard work and diligence to make this challenge happen!

In case you are not familiar with the One Room Challenge, it is a six week challenge in which designers completely makeover a room.

Here’s my bedroom mood board!! Ekkkk! I get so excited just looking at it!! 🥰

So let’s get down to business! The room I decided to makeover is our Master bedroom.

We recently renovated our bathroom. Here’s a link to that post. Our bedroom however still needs some love. 🙂

We have double doors that open from the bedroom into the bathroom. Since we have pattered tile in the bathroom I decided to keep things simple in the bedroom. On the bedding, I’m using creams, whites, taupe and lots of texture. This will allow me to be more intentional with my color.

So to give you an idea where we started, Here are a few before pictures.

We will have new carpet. The walls will be Wheat Bread by Behr. I’m excited to partner with Kichler lighting on our lights. Bed in a Box on a comfy new mattress and Georgia Carpet Industries on our carpet.
